Presumption of innocence
We are particularly concerned with this principle of justice, which is being abused by a new form of lynching on social media. The presumption of innocence is the corollary of the judicial process: an accusation is not proof. As long as a person has not been found guilty, despite the slowness of Justice, he/she is presumed innocent. He/She has full rights and all the weapons he/she needs to defend himself/herself.
Rights of the defense
Provided for by the European Convention on Human Rights and the Code of Criminal Procedure, the rights of the defense are all the guarantees granted to a person or company accused of a criminal offence, to enable them to protect their interests throughout the trial. The firm’s lawyers will enforce these rights vigorously and at all stages of the proceedings against investigators and magistrates.
Innovation and customized advice
Each procedure is unique, and no two cases are alike. In the interests of our clients, and in order to achieve the best possible result, we strive for a defense that reflects their personality and is shaped by an innovative legal structure.
Supporting victims
Our firm supports victims of both physical and mental suffering, ensuring that the damage is made good and the perpetrator is punished fairly.
