Mr. B., prosecuted before the Paris Correctional Court in the “TGV EST Eckwersheim derailment” case for involuntary manslaughter and involuntary bodily injury in his capacity as traction pilot, was acquitted by judgment dated October 10, 2024.
Obadia & Stasi is pleased to announce that, in the absence of an appeal by the public prosecutor, Mr B. has been definitively acquitted of the charges brought against him and has been recognized as the victim of this terrible accident.
This criminal proceeding, initiated in 2015, ended in an acquittal.
